This rental is located above 4405 Oceanview Ave. and can be rented by itself or with the bottom unit to sleep large groups up to 20 people . This unit has a large deck off  of the living room and master bedroom . Large flat screen tv in the living room. Fenced back yard with horse shoe pit and grill area.
 
 
**PLEASE NOTE, Tenancy is reserved for family groups only.  No high school, college, civic, weddings, or other non-family groups will be permitted without prior approval.  IDs must be furnished upon request.  The occupancy limit as stated in the rental advertisement cannot be exceeded.  Occupancy count includes children over 2.  Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
